The Burnaby Lake Field Hockey Club offers a U7 Program for children (boys and girls)  between the ages of 5 and 6 to get involved in Field Hockey. This program is an introduction to field hockey using a shorter field, smaller nets, and modified rules to accommodate the skills of the children just learning to play. This program's focus is on building the fundamental skills of field hockey and foremost fun.  

Dates: Practices start April 1 - end on June 15.  Games start tbc. (No league games over Easter and May 20 long weekend).

Location: Cariboo Secondary School Turf Field, Burnaby

Practice: Monday 6:30-8:00pm                 

Games: Saturdays 9am or 10am at Cunnings Field in Coquitlam 

Teams: Approximately 10-12 players

Uniform:  Players will be provided with a uniform and socks with registration. Please wear black shorts.

Cost: $130 Early Bird (Before February 7, 2024)

             $230 Regular Rate (After February 8, 2024)

             *New players receive Early Bird rate
