Burnaby Field Hockey Club offers a U14 Junior Boys program and a U14 and U16 Junior Girls program. Teams play in the Greater Vancouver Junior Field Hockey League. The junior season begins in early April and is played until late June. U14 and U16 players play 11-a-side full field, full rules field hockey, while continuing to develop and consolidate their field hockey skills.  Teams play in the Greater Vancouver Junior Field Hockey League (GVJFHL) with teams from other clubs.

Dates: Practices start April 1 - end on June 15.  Games start tbc. (No league games over Easter and May 20 long weekend).

Practice: One-two practices per week either Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/ Thursday;  Coaches will select the practice night for their team.

Practices are on a turf field in Burnaby.

Games:

              Boys U14 - Sundays 

              Girls U14 - Saturdays 

              Girls U16 - Saturdays

Home games are in Burnaby; away games may be played in other municipalities.

Teams: Approximately 14-16 players.

Uniform: Players will be provided with a uniform and socks with registration. Please wear black shorts.

Cost: $150 Early Bird (Before February 7, 2024)

          $250 Regular Rate (After February 8, 2024)

          New Players receive Early Bird rate

Opportunities for tournaments and Club Championships are offered at various levels near the end of the season.
